2021 Order Dispatch & Postal Delays

Due to the current restrictions Click & Collect is not available from the shop.

All orders are sent via An Post standard or tracked postal. Orders are currently

being shipped twice a week, on Tuesdays and Fridays.

If you want to track your item you must please use the Express Delivery/Tracking number option at the checkout. We cannot take responsibility for delayed/lost packages. Once they are handed over to postal service they are of our control.

We will only ship to the address provided when order is purchased.

If there is an issue with the address please contact us as soon as you can!

International customers please note we cannot take responsibility for any tax, customs, duties or fees arising from posting to your country.

Returns & Exchanges

Goods may be returned to us within 2 weeks from date of purchase. Full credit by way of a Credit Note will be offered on any item returned unworn and undamaged. This can be sent by post or picked up in-store and is valid forever. At this time we are not in a position to offer cash refunds on unwanted goods. This does not affect your statutory rights. We can not accept returns on earrings unless faulty. Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. This does not affect your statutory rights.

We do not offer returns on any Om Diva SALE items.

 

 

Returns & Exchanges in Irish Design

Full credit by way of a Credit Note within the individual designer's range will be offered on any item returned unworn and undamaged. This can be sent by post or picked up in-store and is valid for 6 months from date of issue. At this time we are not in a position to offer cash refunds on unwanted goods. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Conditions of Return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and item must be in perfect condition and original packaging upon receipt of goods. I recommend using a tracked postal shipping option to ensure safe delivery.

All of our packaging is now eco friendly, recyclable & biodegradbale!

We use bubble wrap remnants for our jewellery that are leftover from deliveries and stock recieved.

 

Where we source our stock..

Ruth began her business in 1998 with a backpack full of Nag Champa incense. Now more than 20 years later she continues to have a close relationship with her suppliers and friends in the Far East.  Throughout lockdown and through these strong friendships developed over the years we were able to continue to help and support the business of our suppliers many miles away. 

Most of our vintage is unworn or deadstock which would have otherwise gone to landfill.

Every single item from a small pair of earrings to an elaborate kimono is picked by hand.

Our contemporary collections are limited from no more than 3 pieces as they are sourced from very small suppliers and local makers and designers based in Asia. 

A lot of time and thought is put into the buying of Om Diva stock, deadstock is always repurposed or reinvented. We believe that good clothing should be worn and loved for a lifetime!

Our Irish Design stock is produced and handmade in Ireland by local makers.
